Never let a client's domain or SSL certificate expire again

RenewRoster keeps every client's domains and certificates in one list. It sends renewal reminders under your agency's brand and gives you a monthly renewals report you can bill from.

Why agencies need this now

Certificates expire much sooner

Public TLS certificate lifetimes drop to 200 days in 2026, 100 in 2027 and 47 by 2029. A spreadsheet can't keep up with that.

What the 47-day change means →

Expired domains hurt client relationships

When a domain lapses, the client's site and email go down, and the agency gets the angry call even if the client owns the registrar account.

Renewals are money left on the table

Most agencies pay these renewals themselves and never bill them back. RenewRoster tracks who pays for each one.

What you get

1. One list for every client

Import a CSV. RenewRoster finds each expiry date, registrar and certificate issuer automatically.

2. Reminders under your brand

Clients get emails in your agency's name at 30, 14 and 3 days before expiry. You get alerts at 60, 30, 14 and 3 days.

3. A monthly renewals report

HTML, CSV or PDF, showing what's due, who pays and what it costs, ready to turn into an invoice.

4. Alerts where your team works

Email, Slack, Discord, or a webhook into your own tools.

5. An API and MCP server on every plan

Automate renewals from your own scripts, or ask Claude or Cursor what expires next. API docs →

FAQ

Do you need my registrar logins?

No. RenewRoster reads public RDAP and WHOIS records for domains and connects to each site to read the certificate it actually serves.

Which TLDs are supported?

Every TLD with RDAP (all gTLDs and most ccTLDs), plus WHOIS fallback for others such as .io. Anything else can be entered manually.

Is this uptime monitoring?

No. RenewRoster tracks renewal dates for domains and certificates. It does not check whether sites are up.

Who is behind RenewRoster?

A2 Ventures, a small independent software business based in Tamil Nadu, India.
