Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026. RenewRoster is owned and operated by A2 Ventures, a sole proprietorship owned by Raghu Chinnannan, with its registered office at 3-6A, Paravalikadu, Kanjampudhur, Vadugapatty, Sankari, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India - 637301 ("A2 Ventures", "we", "us", "our").

RenewRoster subscriptions are monthly or yearly and renew automatically until cancelled.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account, or by emailing [email protected] from your account email. You don't need to give a reason.

What happens when you cancel

Cancellation stops all future charges. Your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then your account moves to the Free plan. Your data is kept, and anything over the Free plan limit of 5 domains or certificates stops being checked until you upgrade again or remove items.

Changing plans

You can move to a different plan at any time from the Billing page, or ask us by email to help.

Closing your account

You can also ask us to close your account and delete your data. Closing an account cancels any active subscription.

Cancellation by us

If we suspend an account for breaking our Terms & Conditions, or discontinue the Service, we'll stop billing, and if we discontinue the Service we'll refund the unused part of any prepaid period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
