RenewRoster is a software-as-a-service product delivered entirely online. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, and no shipping charges apply.

Delivery

Access is delivered digitally. Free accounts are available as soon as you sign up and verify your email. When you buy or upgrade a paid plan, the new limits are applied to your account instantly once Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a few minutes. A receipt is sent to your account email.

The Service is available worldwide through a web browser at app.renewroster.com.

Delivery problems

If your plan hasn't been upgraded within 1 hour of a successful payment, email [email protected] with the Razorpay payment ID and we'll fix it within 1 business day, or refund you.
